Join us on May 6th for our May SSBA Seminar, focusing on the challenges and hurdles that are presented for the multi-building residential development in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood. A presentation about this development will be provided by Zoning Attorney Graham Grady of Taft Law. 3746-66 S. Michigan Ave. is a multi-building project in the center of a growing and changing neighborhood of Bronzeville. The development will be made up of four buildings across the 47,000-square-foot lot, will have a similar design, holding between 22 and 23 units in each building. These units will be made up of 19 one-bedroom and 71 two-bedroom layouts.
