Abraham will present the latest updates on the highly anticipated $200 million mixed-use development set to transform the 115th and Halsted commercial corridor in Chicago’s West Pullman community.
This visionary project includes 258 units of affordable housing, 16,000 square feet of retail space, a 13,000-square-foot performing and culinary arts center, and a 2.5-acre public park—all designed to create a more walkable, vibrant, and equitable neighborhood.
