SSBA welcomes Hal Dardick, Director of Research from the Cook County Treasurer's Office. He will discuss the latest study entitled "Maps of Inequality: Redlining to Urban Decay and the Black Exodus." The study analyzes the inequities in Cook County’s property tax system.
